When you arrive, stop at the window to sign any necessary paperwork. At URGENTCARE, we care for most illnesses and injuries and have onsite lab and x-ray capabilities. We see patients one year and older and no appointment is required. URGENTCARE is open 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

URGENTCARE is located at 1225 Fairway Street in Hartland Medical Plaza. Turn at Stoplight #3 on Scottsville Road onto Wilkinson Trace, then to Fairway Street.
You will need to bring a few things.
When you visit URGENTCARE, you will need to bring your ID, insurance card, and list of medications. To speed your registration, please read and bring our consent form with you.

URGENTCARE treats a wide variety of injuries such as sprains, strains, cuts, abrasions, contusions and work-related accidents. We can care for colds, flu, sore throats, earaches, and pneumonia. URGENTCARE can help manage hypertension and diabetes, and provide allergy injections, flu shots and some vaccines. We also provide complete physicals in addition to wellness screenings to check blood pressure, cholesterol, and prostate health (PSA).

URGENTCARE accepts most major insurances including Medicare, Anthem, Center Care, and Humana. Our business office staff will help answer your insurance questions. We will file with your insurance, or if you want to self-pay, we can offer a discount.
